Make pipe relining your main work
If you’re a licensed plumber who wants to do more pipe relining, let’s talk. Plumbed Right is a Perth family-run drainage business. Since 2005, we’ve worked on damaged pipes, blockages and hard-to-find faults that need a proper diagnosis before anyone starts digging or replacing parts.
You’ll work across Perth homes and commercial sites, with the support of an office team and other plumbers. Relining and drain repair are the main draw of this role: assessing the line, preparing it properly and delivering a durable repair. You’ll also diagnose blocked drains and use CCTV or jetting equipment when needed.
What you’ll do
- Assess damaged drains using CCTV and plan the right repair.
- Prepare and reline pipes where relining is the right solution for the job.
- Repair drains, and clear sewer or stormwater blockages with high-pressure jetting and root-cutting equipment when needed.
- Explain the fault, the options and the work to customers in plain language.
- Keep accurate job photos and notes in ServiceTitan so the team can follow the work.
- Work safely, look after the equipment and leave each site tidy.
Pipe relining experience is especially welcome. If you’re a strong licensed plumber ready to learn the specialist side, we’d still like to hear from you. We provide training on the drainage work and equipment; your judgement on site and willingness to learn matter too.
What comes with the role
- Full-time work with a Perth family-run, WA-owned business.
- A modern, fitted-out work vehicle and specialist drainage equipment.
- Uniforms provided and training on the work and gear.
- Overtime available if you want extra hours, plus rostered days off.
- A bonus structure on top of pay. We’ll explain how it works when we talk.
- An office team that helps organise the day and keeps job details in ServiceTitan.
- Monthly team barbecues and a crew you can talk to about a difficult job.
Pay depends on your experience and the role we agree on. We’ll discuss the hourly rate, overtime and bonus structure openly before you make a decision.
Who we’d like to hear from
You need a current WA plumbing licence, a driver’s licence and the ability to work confidently with customers. If you’ve worked in drainage, that’s useful. If your background is general plumbing and you want to learn the specialist side, we’d still like to hear from you. Tell us what work you enjoy and what you’d like more of.
Start with a conversation
