How it works
A new jointless pipe inside the old one
The liner expands to match the pipe's shape, then the resin cures into a new, jointless inner layer that seals cracks, root entry points, and worn joints from the inside. We use the Brawoliner Inversion Relining Tool system, which applies resin so the liner has full contact with the host pipe. Before the liner goes in, we clear the pipe of roots, debris, or old buildup. Where roots are the cause, we cut them out first with the IMS Robotic Cutter, which reaches sections a standard jetter can't clear on its own.
- Resin-coated liner, no trench
- Roots cut out first with the IMS Robotic Cutter
- Full contact with the host pipe
